  • Closing In office or off-site, includes closing times of 8AM - 10PM Monday - Friday
  • Weekend times are available

  • Title Exam $50.00

  • Ancillary Fees associated with the close $225.00

Additional Fees

  • Simultaneous Second Closing additional $100.00 In County, $150.00 statewide
  • Multiple Location Closings $150.00 (i.e. Buyer at Location A, Seller at Location B, Closing to occur at each location)
  • Multiple Closing times $150.00 (i.e. Client A wants to close at 1:00PM, Client B of same transaction closes at 6:00PM off site only, if in office on both closing times this will not apply)
